I have been a longtime customer of SMS Appliances and have never had a bad experience with them. They have a new location that is near me that's easy to get to, and they are highly organized. The staff always comes out when I call and give me friendly, detailed advice about the appliances that I need. An online site is available where you can sign up for service or parts, which makes shopping easier. I highly recommend this company if your looking for high quality appliances at a reasonable price.

The technician was very capable, polite and went above and beyond. He replaced a new ice maker and made it very clear on how to remove it as I had great difficulty in doing so.He then noticed that the fan was not working properly and took the back of the interior of the fridge off and we saw that it was frozen over. He then defrosted it and waited until the temperature dropped. He was very impressive,

I have to admit, I was really nervous about using a new appliance repair store for my washer repair. However, Lana at SMS Appliance Repair was more than helpful and understanding as she explained what the problem was with my washer and that it would be fixed in a timely manner. She kept me posted every step of the way and even gave me tips on how to avoid future problems! Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for someone who is trustworthy and reliable.

I cannot say enough good things about this business! I was looking to recondition a washer and dryer, and they have the best prices! The appliances sold at the shop are in a price range that is very much affordable by the consumers. They sell used and refurbished appliances. The staff is really knowledgeable about their products, so you can ask questions about their product and they will give you detailed description regarding what is included with that product and how you can use it. SMS Appliances has the best appliances in the market. I bought a stove, fridge and washing machine from their outlet and was happy with them until I had to do some maintenance work on my appliances. Their technicians are very knowledgeable about all types of appliances and would explain each problem in a detailed manner so that even a layman like me can understand it well enough. They have also shown me ways to maintain my appliances at home or at least stop them from breaking down again by following simple tips like cleaning the coils regularly etc.

Lana and the staff at SMS are very helpful and easy to talk to, our first experience with this company was for the installation of a dishwasher and the service was excellent! From the sale to delivery everything went very smooth. The interior of the establishment was very neat, clean, organized. Shows the people who run the place and work there care, that alone is hard to find. We now know you also sell new appliances, we will be back when most of our reno is complete to order new appliances. What we purchased now was just to tie us over because the appliance died at an awkward moment. To everyone a big thank you. Ps the induction range is way different than what we are use to, so now is a good learning experience

I went into the store and bought the washer at 11:00am. By 4:00pm the same day, it was delivered and installed! They even took away my broken one for free. I was extremely impressed with the customer service both in store and upon delivery.

Great experience from choosing an apartment sized washer/dryer to delivery and installation. The delivery guys called when they were on the way, expertly removed the existing machines , and skillfully installed the new machines. Lana in the office is a pleasure to work with. Just Purchased this washer and i would say the customer service which i got from this company was really awesome like the appliance , delivery was fast as i need a washer in urgent they kept me on the priority list to get the delivery done on same day which was great actually. The delivery guys were very humble, polite and professional they even offered me a free installation if i want, due to renovations at my place I wasn’t able to take advantage of it but still the prices are very good plus they offered me a 30 days warranty on this appliance and they also have weekend and daily sale prices on every other appliance at their store.

We purchased a dryer in Saskatoon. The price was great and staff were very friendly. After a couple of weeks we had an issue with the dryer not drying. Ashton came out to the house right away to check the problem. It turned out to be our house’s clogged dryer vents, so nothing the matter with the dryer. Once our vents were cleared, the dryer has worked perfectly ever since. Great friendly service, definitely recommend!!!!

I've been working with Lana for over a year now and she is great. No matter what I need, she's always there to help me out. She's very good at communicating with clients so I know what's going on with my delivery, or if it needs to rescheduled due to some issue they ran into during installation. I also love that if there are any issues with my appliance once it arrives Lana will work directly with the vendors and get them resolved right away.
